WHEN WOMEN FEEL UNDERSTOOD,Β

HEALING BECOMES POSSIBLE.

Abuse rarely announces itself as abuse. It often begins gradually, leaves women questioning their own reality, and can make simple things, like trusting a decision or feeling safe in your own body, feel out of reach.
Discover Inner Healing bridges that gap.
This trauma-informed program gives women the understanding, language and tools to make sense of what happened, without shame or self-blame, while gently supporting the nervous system and sense of self to heal.
It is also used as a supporting resource alongside individual counselling, and in partnership with refuges and support services.

What is Discover Inner Healing?
