Understanding what happened is where healing begins.
Abuse rarely announces itself as abuse. It often begins gradually, and leaves women questioning their own reality.Reclaiming You gives you the understanding, language and tools to make sense of your experience, without shame or self‑blame.
What the program covers
Clear, compassionate education that helps you make sense of your experience, then supports you to heal and rebuild.
Part oneUnderstanding abuse & reclaiming your power
Understanding the domestic violence cycle
Why women don't leave, the cycle of abuse, and how coercive control quietly takes away your freedom and confidence.
The narcissistic abuse cycle
Love bombing and idealisation, gaslighting, and the FOG of fear, obligation and guilt that can keep you stuck.
